Recycled Real Estate was founded by a group of honest real estate investors who care.  We’ve found that there are many other companies out there who would like to buy your home, but very few companies who pride themselves on helping to solve the problems that life and homeownership can sometimes bring.  This is the mission of Recycled Real Estate, to help people who need to sell their house quickly by buying their home for a fair price and working together to develop a solution to their unique situation. The Recycled Real Estate process has helped many people solve their problems and get their lives back on track.

Recycled Real Estate is a multi-service company with the ability to buy, sell, repair, develop and rent properties.  We like all types of properties, including: single family homes, condo/town-homes, vacant land, and multi-family dwellings.  We buy properties in any condition or at any price-point.

We have a deep network of individuals that we do business with that can assist in all aspects of a home buying, selling and owning.  These include attorneys, title companies, real estate agents, mortgage brokers, general contractors, laborers, credit counselors, pest control, appraisers, and inspectors.

We have the ability to handle all aspects of the real estate process, which will enable you to get a fair price for your home and allow for a quick close on your property.  In most cases we can close within 10 days.  We are not real estate agents, which helps because we do not charge commissions or collect commissions throughout the real estate process.
